The present invention relates to a drone-based 3D printing control system and a drone-based 3D printing control method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a drone-based 3D control printing system comprises: a drone-based 3D printing control server; and a drone-type 3D printing device which receives data required for a 3D printing operation from the drone-based 3D printing control server and performs the 3D printing operation while autonomously moving. The drone-based 3D printing control server includes: an autonomously moving plan setting unit which sets an autonomously moving plan of the drone-type 3D printing device; a simulation unit which simulates the drone-type 3D printing device to perform a virtual 3D printing operation based on the autonomously moving plan; and a determination unit which starts the 3D printing operation of the drone-type 3D printing device with the autonomously moving plan or modifies the autonomously moving plan according to the simulation result of the simulation unit, and then starts the 3D printing operation of the drone-type 3D printing device with the modified autonomously moving plan.
