A BIOSENSOR KIT FOR DETECTION AND ANALYSIS OF CHEMICAL POLLUTANTS

Abstract

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a portable biosensor kit (100) and a process for the detection and analysis of acetylcholinesterase deactivating food pollutants present in a food sample. A plurality of samples can be detected simultaneously using this kit. The kit (100) consists of two main containers, a reference container and a sample container. The reference container comprise 3 separate containers namely A, B and C and the sample container comprise 3 separate containers namely A`, B` and C`. The presence of pollutants is confirmed by the difference in colour intensities of the contents of the third reference container and the third sample container.
