A drone device and method for performing the function of generating the location information of a distress person and a distress location information delivery system

Provided is a drone device. The drone device includes: a voice recognition unit receiving a sensing signal from at least one microphone sensor and performing a voice recognition function; an object recognition unit receiving a photographed image from a camera and performing a specific object recognition function in the photographed image; a distressed person recognition unit recognizing a distressed person based on an object recognition signal of the object recognition unit or a voice recognition signal of the voice recognition unit while performing a search flight according to a search control signal; a location information identifying unit which identifies location information of the distressed person based on flight history information to a distressed person recognition spot when the distressed person is recognized by the distressed person recognition unit; and a laser transmission unit which transmits a laser signal to correspond to the location information of the distressed person identified by the location information identification part. According to the present invention, the drone device can generate the location information of the distressed person and provide an information transmission technology capable of quickly and accurately identifying the location of the distressed person and providing an information sharing algorithm even when a ground robot is difficult to move due to a rescue obstacle in a disaster situation or a communication condition is not smooth.
