The invention provides an air-ground dual-purpose hovercar which comprises a car body, front rotor support arms, rear rotor support arms, a multi-rotor mechanism, a tilting propeller mechanism and a rotor folding mechanism, the front end of the car body is connected with the two front rotor support arms, the top end of the car body is connected with the two rear rotor support arms, and the multi-rotor mechanism is connected with the tilting propeller mechanism. The front rotor wing supporting arm and the rear rotor wing supporting arm are connected with an automobile body through rotor wing folding mechanisms respectively, tilting propeller mechanisms are connected to wing tips of the front rotor wing supporting arm and the rear rotor wing supporting arm respectively, and a multi-rotor wing mechanism is connected to each tilting propeller mechanism. According to the aerocar, the rotor mechanisms can be unfolded in the flight mode, good aerodynamic performance and flight stability are guaranteed, the rotor mechanisms can be folded in the ground running mode, aerodynamic characteristics are optimized, and the influence of the rotor mechanisms on the running stability is reduced.
