The present invention relates to a drone take-off and landing apparatus for article delivery support, which comprises: a solar panel for collecting sunlight to generate power; an article storage box disposed adjacent to the solar panel; a main body frame attached to an outer surface of a high-rise building, supporting the solar panel and the article storage box, and having an inner space at the same time; an independent power supply device located in the inner space and generating and supplying driving power through the generated power of the solar panel; a location broadcasting device located in the inner space and broadcasting a landing GPS location in a long-range wireless communication method or a landing altitude in a short-range wireless communication method; a tag wireless reader located in the inner space and reading a tag attached to a delivery article in a wireless manner; an article transfer device for moving the delivery article from the solar panel to the article storage box; and a control device for notifying an article receiver terminal of the completion of article delivery in the short-range wireless communication method and activating the operation of the article transfer device at the same time when the tag is read.
