Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a battery cell, a battery apparatus and an electrical device. The battery cell comprises: a casing, the casing comprising a first casing wall provided with a pressure relief mechanism; an electrode assembly, accommodated in the casing; and an insulating structure, located between the first casing wall and the electrode assembly, the insulating structure comprising a body part and a pressure relief part arranged corresponding to the pressure relief mechanism, the pressure relief part protruding towards the electrode assembly relative to the body part, the pressure relief part comprising a first bottom wall and a first side wall that intersect each other, the first bottom wall being perpendicular to the thickness direction of the first casing wall, the first side wall being perpendicular to the width direction of the first casing wall, and the surface of the first bottom wall away from the pressure relief mechanism and the surface of the first side wall away from the pressure relief mechanism being connected by means of a chamfer. The battery cell, the battery apparatus and the electrical device in the embodiments of the present application can improve the reliability of battery cells.
