A battery device and an electric device. The battery device comprises: a battery cell assembly, which comprises a plurality of cold plates arranged at intervals in a first direction, wherein an accommodating cavity is formed between any two adjacent cold plates; and a battery cell group, which comprises a plurality of pouch battery cells separately arranged in the plurality of accommodating cavities; and connectors, which connect the plurality of cold plates, such that the plurality of cold plates are connected integrally, and the movement of the battery cell group in a second direction is limited. In the above technical solution, the plurality of cold plates arranged in the first direction can improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the pouch battery cells, increase the heat exchange area, and help reduce the risk of thermal runaway.
