A battery device and an electric device. The battery device comprises a case. A battery cell assembly comprises a housing assembly and a battery cell group. The housing assembly comprises a first housing and a second housing, wherein the first housing is provided with a first opening and a second opening which face different directions, and the second housing is arranged at the first opening and, together with the first housing, forms an accommodating cavity. The battery cell group is arranged in the accommodating cavity. The battery cell group has two first surfaces opposite each other in the thickness direction of a pouch battery cell; both first surfaces are connected to the housing assembly, and one of the two first surfaces directly faces the first opening. The side of the pouch battery cell close to the second opening is adhered to the case. In the described technical solution, the battery cell group being assembled into the housing through an opening structure can improve both the assembly accuracy of the pouch battery cell and the assembly efficiency of the pouch battery cell.
