Embodiments of the present application provide a battery device and an electric device. The battery device comprises battery cells, a case, and a second pressure relief mechanism. Each battery cell is provided with a first pressure relief mechanism; the case is used for accommodating the battery cells; the second pressure relief mechanism is arranged in the case; the case is provided with a collection cavity and an exhaust channel, the collection cavity is used for collecting emissions from the battery cells when the first pressure relief mechanisms are actuated, and the exhaust channel is used for communicating the collection cavity with the second pressure relief mechanism; the volume of the collection cavity is V, and the length of the exhaust channel is L1, satisfying 15 L≤V≤270 L, and 0.2 m≤L1≤20 m. The technical solution of the present application can reduce environmental pollution in the event of thermal runaway in a battery device.
