Abstract

本发明涉及一种功能型生物基纳米酶及其制备方法与农用化学品增效应用,所述功能型生物基纳米酶包括多孔结构的普鲁士蓝类似物,以及附着于所述普鲁士蓝类似物表面的络合物,所述络合物由普鲁士蓝类似物中的金属离子与抗氧化生物质分子络合形成,所述抗氧化生物质分子选自生物质多酚、生物质多糖或两性季铵盐类生物碱中的至少一种,所述功能型生物基纳米酶的孔隙率为35%~70%。本发明的功能型生物基纳米酶用作农用化学品增效剂时,能够主动调控与有效延缓害虫的抗性,显著提高了害虫对杀虫剂的敏感性;同时,所述功能型生物基纳米酶具有良好的生物相容性,可降低对非靶标生物的潜在危害,具有较高的生态安全性。
