[0001] 本发明公开了一种水平隧洞式岩洞液流电池系统及其控制方法,系统包括电堆、多个岩洞、传输管道和泵,多个岩洞处于地下岩石或土体中并呈水平隧洞式硐室结构,作为电解液储罐;岩洞包括分别配置于正极端和负极端的至少两个岩洞,同一极端的至少两个岩洞分别独立储存低价态和高价态电解液,使每个岩洞仅储存同一价态电解液;传输管道连接各岩洞与电堆形成循环通路;充放电时,由泵驱动反应物电解液从对应岩洞流出,经传输管道进入电堆反应后,将生成物输送至同一极端储存该价态的岩洞中。本发明避免了不同价态电解液混合导致的浓度稀释,提高了系统电流密度和能量密度,同时利用地下岩洞替代地面储罐,节省了土地占用和建设成本。
