多光谱与可见光图像融合的香梨病虫害区域特征提取方法

Abstract

[0001] 本发明涉及农业遥感图像处理技术领域，特别涉及一种多光谱与RGB图像融合识别的香梨病虫害区域特征提取方法。针对大田环境下多源遥感图像存在局部非刚性空间错位与复杂光影语义混淆问题，本方法在深度神经网络内，将可见光图像与上采样的多光谱图像进行双流特征独立提取；利用构建的参考特征体自适应预测二维空间偏移量场与调制掩码场，通过可变形卷积对多光谱特征执行非刚性形变重采样以完成特征对齐；融合两路特征并引入标签感知的双向跨模态协同对比学习进行联合约束。本发明消除了机体震动和冠层摆动带来的重影，提高了香梨病虫害的定位与识别精度。
