Abstract

[0001] 本发明涉及无人机动力电源技术领域,具体公开了一种无人机用半固态锂离子电池及其制作工艺,电池由正极极片、界面修饰层、固态电解质层、负极极片逐层热压一体化成型并封装于封装壳体内,壳内填充膨胀石墨/石蜡复合相变材料控温;正极采用Mg、F、PO₄³⁻协同改性钴酸锂为活性物质,搭配复合导电剂与改性粘结剂按特定比例制得,经特定煅烧工艺调控颗粒形貌与性能,负极精准把控硅碳各组分粒径、硅含量及碳层厚度,电解质经高压干法压实实现低孔隙率与高离子电导率,同时限定各改性组分掺杂比例、膜层厚度、制备工艺参数与物料配比;本发明有效改善电极界面相容性、抑制硅负极膨胀与锂枝晶生长,大幅提升电池工作电压、比容量与能量密度。
