[0001] 本发明涉及无人机快拆接口控制技术领域,公开了一种无人机快拆接口的智能锁紧远程控制方法及系统,其中该系统包括:同步采集锁紧执行机构的电流、位移和加速度时序数据及旋翼转速数据;基于旋翼转速和预存传递函数生成三通道振动耦合干扰参考信号组;采用NLMS自适应滤波对三通道同步执行振动去耦并计算去耦质量指标;在净电流和净位移曲线上执行自适应分段与磨损特征提取;基于去耦质量指标驱动降权更新的在线增量学习模型进行磨损评估;生成锁紧力补偿参数并远程传输磨损状态与控制决策。
