本发明公开了一种低压台区智能采集终端的多模传输调度方法及系统。该方法从台区采集终端历史运行数据中提取用电行为时序特征向量,训练基于时间注意力机制的循环神经网络信道质量预测模型,输出未来时间窗口内各信道质量等级序列;为各业务类型定义传输需求向量,采用两阶段决策机制生成业务到信道的分配方案;在停电报文风暴场景下,基于停电事件的时间扩散速率和空间扩散范围将停电事件分类为三种模式并对通信资源进行分区重构;通过采集实际传输结果触发信道质量预测模型的在线增量更新。本发明实现通信模式的预测性主动切换,使时延敏感业务获得优先保障,并在可用信道资源最少的条件下保障停电范围信息的完整及时上报。
