本申请公开一种折叠式终端设备，包括第一本体部和第二本体部、至少一对磁性件和至少一个磁屏蔽件，第一本体部和第二本体部之间转动连接；每对磁性件所包括的第一磁性件和第二磁性件分别设于第一本体部和第二本体部上，每对磁性件的第一磁性件和第二磁性件中至少有一个为永磁体；每一磁屏蔽件设置于目标本体部上的对应至少一个永磁体的位置，目标本体部为设置有永磁体的本体部，其中，折叠式终端设备在折叠状态和展开状态之间切换时，磁屏蔽件的位置在对应的目标本体部的第一位置和第二位置之间切换位置，以屏蔽对应的永磁体产生的磁吸力中的不同比例的磁吸力。从而，在折叠状态具有紧实的折叠效果，在展开状态避免永磁体吸附导磁物质。
