Abstract

[0001] 公开发光显示装置和电子装置。发光显示装置包括：基板；阳极，在基板上；像素限定层，包括在阳极上方的第一开口；发光层，在第一开口中；阴极，在发光层和像素限定层上；封装层，在阴极上；散射层，在封装层上，该散射层包括散射颗粒和在平面图中与第一开口至少部分重叠的散射层开口；以及遮光层，包括在平面图中与第一开口重叠的第二开口，其中，在平面图中，散射层开口的宽度比第二开口的宽度小1µm以上，并且散射层开口的宽度比第一开口的宽度小10µm以下。
