Under the scene of the deep-well pump, the method does not depend on a rotor position sensor and a waterway pressure sensor, so that the deep-well pump can directly supply constant-pressure water to a household pipe network; the deep-well pump controller adopts dual-power-supply power supply and automatic switching, solar direct-current power supply is preferentially achieved, automatic undisturbed switching to alternating-current power grid power supply is achieved when solar energy is insufficient, and the deep-well pump controller has the reverse flow prevention, soft access, surge limiting and anti-jitter switching capacity; household constant-pressure water supply is achieved through an algorithm by means of a single deep-well pump, the equipment and maintenance cost is reduced, and a system architecture of water tower water storage and a household booster pump is replaced.
