A foldable electronic device according to an embodiment disclosed herein may comprise: a first housing; a second housing; a flexible display assembly formed so as to be supported by the first housing and the second housing; and a hinge rotatably connecting the first housing and the second housing. The display assembly may include: a protective layer; a glass pane disposed toward the rear side of the protective layer; a display module disposed toward the rear side of the glass pane; a lattice plate which is disposed toward the rear side of the display module and in which are arranged a plurality of slits formed to facilitate the folding of the display module; a first resin configured to surround the front side and sides of the glass pane; and a second resin configured to surround portions of the rear side and sides of the display module. First slits arranged at the end of the lattice plate may be open in an outward direction, and a portion of the second resin may be configured to fill in the first slits.
