The display device of the present invention includes a display panel which displays an image, a circuit board which is combined with the display panel, and a metal pattern which electrically connects the display panel and the circuit board. The display panel includes a base layer including a pad electrode exposed to the outside through an opening, and a circuit layer disposed on the base layer and including at least one signal line electrically connected to the pad electrode. The circuit board includes a base film including a first portion having a first thickness and a second portion having a second thickness greater than the first thickness, and a bump electrode disposed on the first portion. The first part is arranged between the pad electrode and bump electrode. The metal pattern is arranged on the pad electrode and bump electrode. The pad electrode and bump electrode are electrically connected each other.
