The purpose of the present invention is to provide a consumer-based calling drone system and a driving method thereof, which introduce a means capable of correcting GPS information together with GPS information to deliver goods based on accurate location information. According to the present invention, a consumer-based calling drone system comprises: a drone capable of storing an article and driving to a specific position according to a GPS signal; a consumer terminal transmitting GPS information and situation information of the corresponding position; and a control server mounting the article suitable for the situation information received from the consumer terminal on the drone and moving the drone to a position according to the GPS information. The GPS information is additional position information generated based on position information of surrounding objects confirmed in a plurality of different azimuthal photographs photographed by the consumer at the corresponding position, and is corrected GPS coordinates obtained by correcting GPS coordinates received from the consumer terminal.
