Disclosed is an automatic drone battery replacement system capable of automatically replacing a battery of a drone. An automatic drone battery replacement system includes: a stage on which a drone is seated; a drone alignment device configured to dispose the drone seated on the stage at a preset position; and an automatic battery replacement device configured to remove a discharged battery from the drone disposed at the preset position and mount the charged battery on the drone.
