According to an embodiment of the present invention, a drone product delivery device having a winch comprises: a main body unit (100) fixed to a lower portion of a drone; a sub body unit (200) coupled to a delivery box and separated from the main body unit (100) at a delivery point to be delivered and lowered or dropped, wherein the sub body unit (200) coupled to the main body unit (100) is fixed not to be rotated during the flight of the drone, and the sub body unit (200) is separated from the delivery point; and a winch means (400) for slowly (without falling) lowering the sub body unit (200) from the main body unit (100) while maintaining the tension of a wire (line, line).
