An example apparatus for monitoring a cellular network includes a machine learning (ML) engine configured to output a trigger in response to processing first telemetry data from the cellular network, the first telemetry data generated in response to traffic of a session, managed by the cellular network, between a device and a network; and a broker configured to receive the first telemetry data from the cellular network, provide the first telemetry data to the ML engine, receive the trigger from the ML engine, and control a packet core of the cellular network, in response to the trigger, to move the session from a first network slice of the cellular network to a second network slice of the cellular network.
