The present invention relates to a fire-extinguishing bullet barrel structure for a multicopter and a launch system thereof and, more specifically, to a fire-extinguishing bullet barrel structure for a multicopter and a launch system thereof, wherein the fire-extinguishing bullet barrel structure for a multicopter capable of adjusting a gap between two holders is mounted on a multicopter to be mounted regardless of a standard of an existing general industrial multicopter to increase utilization of the general industrial multicopter, and the fire-extinguishing bullet barrel structure for a multicopter can be mounted without a separate configuration or a complex fastening procedure to promote convenience in the field. A barrel part and a cartridge part are disposed on the same axis as the longitudinal direction of the barrel part to directly connect the barrel part and the cartridge part one-to-one, respectively, to have a simple structure to reduce the weight of the multicopter, and the fire-extinguishing bullet inside the barrel part can be selectively launched by a control device.
