The invention discloses a folding device and an electronic device. The electronic device includes: a display device; a first body and a second body below the display device and in a first direction; a bracket between the first body and the second body; the first rotating body is arranged between the first main body and the bracket, and the second rotating body is arranged between the second main body and the bracket; first and second rotation links facing the first and second rotation bodies, respectively, in a second direction crossing the first direction; and a plurality of protruding pins protruding from the first and second rotation links, respectively, toward the first and second rotation bodies, and in guide grooves defined on surfaces of the first and second rotation bodies, respectively, facing the first and second rotation links. The guide grooves include a first guide groove and a second guide groove extending from the first guide groove.
