The present application relates to a frame and an infant stroller. The frame comprises a handle connection seat, a front connection seat, a rear connection seat and a folding linkage mechanism, wherein the handle connection seat, the front connection seat and the rear connection seat are pivotally connected to each other; the folding linkage mechanism is arranged among the handle connection seat, the front connection seat and the rear connection seat; and when the frame is switched from an unfolded state to a folded state, one of the handle connection seat, the front connection seat and the rear connection seat moves, and the other two of the handle connection seat, the front connection seat and the rear connection seat are driven by the folding linkage mechanism to rotate and fold together. The frame has a simple structure, and the folded frame is relatively thin.
