High-temperature superconducting magnetic suspension flywheel with axial vibration isolation function

Abstract

The invention provides a high-temperature superconducting magnetic suspension flywheel with an axial vibration isolation function. The high-temperature superconducting magnetic suspension flywheel comprises a composite magnetic suspension bearing system, a flywheel rotor system, an electromagnetic shunt damper and a motor, the composite magnetic suspension bearing system is used for providing suspension force and rigidity for the flywheel rotor system and accessories on a flywheel shaft of the flywheel rotor system and guaranteeing stable suspension of the flywheel rotor system and the accessories. Under the stable suspension condition, the flywheel rotor system is driven by the motor to operate, axial vibration is generated when the flywheel rotor system operates, and the electromagnetic shunt damper hinders axial movement of the flywheel and weakens axial vibration of the flywheel. And the axial vibration of the high-temperature superconducting magnetic suspension flywheel is isolated. According to the vibration isolation device, the axial vibration of the flywheel can be isolated in the non-mechanical contact type suspension state of the flywheel. The method has the advantages of non-contact, high efficiency, quick response and the like.
