The invention discloses a hybrid power carrying unmanned aerial vehicle and a carrying system. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a power system, and the power system comprises a plurality of turbojet engines and a plurality of electric drive rotors; the multiple turbojet engines and the multiple electric drive rotors are arranged in a crossed mode in the circumferential direction of the aircraft body. The multiple turbojet engines are used for generating downward thrust to provide main lift force for the aircraft body. And the plurality of electrically driven rotors are used for providing auxiliary lift force for the aircraft body and providing control force and control torque for position and attitude control of the aircraft body. Large-load material carrying in the plateau area can be achieved, the advantages of being easy to control and rapid in control response of an electrically-driven unmanned aerial vehicle and the advantages of being high in carrying capacity and endurance of a fuel-powered unmanned aerial vehicle are integrated, meanwhile, the size is smaller compared with a fuel-powered rotor unmanned aerial vehicle, and therefore vehicle-mounted transportation and on-vehicle taking-off and landing can be achieved.
