Abstract

The present invention related to the development of Idebenone lipid nanocarrier composition for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders. Idebenone lipid nanocarrier composition in the form of Nanostructured lipid carrier (NLC) was prepared by solvent evaporation along with nanoprecipitation technique. This pharmaceutical composition is useful for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, memory impairments not reaching the stage of Dementia etc.
