【課題】複数の農機、圃場及び人員の配分を管理する管理システム１において、現況での農機、圃場及び人員の配分を最適に行えるようにする。
【解決手段】本発明の管理システム１は、予め設定された日程データＤａ、農機データＤｂ、人員データＤｃ、保守総合データＤｌ、ＤＰＦ総合データＤｍ、ＳＣＲ総合データＤｎ及び作物データＡｄ，Ａｅに加えて、各農機７０の稼動時に得られる個別農機データＤｅ、圃場マップデータＢｃ、状態データＡ１及び環境データＢ１を取得するデータ取得部１６１と、手配計画学習モデルＭＥを用いて、データ取得部１６１にて取得されたデータ群から、農機７０単位の手配計画Ｄ３を作成する手配計画作成部１６とを備える。手配計画作成部１６は、データ群を新たに取得すると、手配計画学習モデルＭＥを用いて手配計画Ｄ３をデータ群に対応して更新する。
