【課題】見積もり金額の妥当性を自動評価しファクタリングのリスク評価の精度を向上する情報処理システム、方法及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】修理債権ファクタリングシステムにおいて、サーバ装置は、車両識別番号と損傷画像を入力して損傷部位と損傷程度から修理コストを推定するＡＩ損傷解析部、修理業者の信用スコア、保険会社の支払確度スコア、推定修理コストと見積もり金額との乖離度に基づく妥当性スコア及び車両の担保価値スコアを算出して統合し、統合リスクスコアを算出するリスクスコア算出部、統合リスクスコアに基づいて買取率及び手数料率を決定し、ファクタリング取引を成立させ、資金を提供するファクタリング処理部、保険会社からの保険金入金とファクタリング取引と照合して自動精算を実行する精算処理部及び処理の実行状況を記録し、タイムスタンプ及びデジタル署名を付与して改ざん検知可能な形式で保存するログ記録部を備える。【選択図】図１
