The present invention relates to a low-speed rectification air supply module for supplying air of a constant temperature into the interior of a building at a low speed, and a control method thereof. In accordance with the purpose of the present invention, the low-speed rectification air supply module can be installed regardless of an interior structure of a building, and the structure of a rectification plate can be improved to make wind velocity constant in central and peripheral parts of an air blowing fan, and keep the temperature of air supply always constant. To achieve the purpose, in accordance with the present invention, the low-speed rectification air supply module includes: a filter member (110) for filtering the air supplied through an air duct (120); a cold water coil (100) provided in front of the filter member (110) to cool the air; an air blowing fan (10) provided in front of the cold water coil (100); an air current rectification plate (90) installed in front of the air blowing fan (10) with a plurality of through holes; and a microcell (80) installed in front of the air current rectification plate (90). These components are integrated as one single module, and, on one side of the module, a plurality of entrances (D1, D2, D3) are installed for the inspection and maintenance of the components.
