Disclosed is an inventory management method using an artificial intelligence drone for effective inventory management. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is an inventory management method using a drone. The inventory management method using a drone comprises the steps of: collecting, by a management unit, RFID information and QR information of warehousing and delivery objects to update and manage inventory information; collecting, by a collection unit, RFID information of inventory using a drone including an RFID reader and a QR scanner; and collecting, by the collection unit, QR information of missing inventory by moving the drone to a storage location of the missing inventory corresponding to the RFID information missing from the RFID information collected by the drone among the inventory information. The collection unit collects RFID information or QR information of a site manager located within a set distance based on the location of the drone using the drone moving to the storage location of the missing inventory so that the site manager located at the closest distance from the storage location of the missing inventory can be determined.
