Each support platform (110, 206, 304, 404) receives the drone (106, 202, 302, 402, 600) and pivots upright upon take off. The hatch (112, 208, 306, 406) transits a cover (114, 210, 308, 408) from a closed configuration to an open configuration to enable an exit path. Each drone (106, 202, 302, 402, 600) comprises an engagement bracket (118, 214, 310, 500) having dual interface arms (120, 216, 312, 502) slidingly engaging the guide rails (116, 212) to enable guided insertion and upward movement.
