[0001] The present invention relates to neutralizing antibodies, antigen binding-fragment thereof or antibody constructs comprising an antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically bind to glycoprotein 130, as well as to conjugates comprising a therapeutic agent or a detectable label and said neutralizing antibodies. The invention also relates to a method for detecting glycoprotein 130, to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said antibodies and to uses of said antibodies or conjugates in the treatment of cancer and/or inflammatory diseases. The invention also relates to combination therapies comprising a neutralizing antibody specific against glycoprotein 130 and to methods comprising said combination therapies.
