The invention discloses a non-uniform payload unmanned aerial vehicle combined delivery system and method, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles. The system comprises at least one delivery platform and a plurality of standardized unmanned aerial vehicles. The unmanned aerial vehicle is provided with a unified power system, flight control and standardized physical interfaces, and is configured into a transportation task type (multi-band energy) and a load task type (multi-band payload) according to task requirements. The detachable physical connection among multiple unmanned aerial vehicles is realized through the connecting mechanism, so that the transportation task type unmanned aerial vehicle provides endurance assistance (fuel oil version) or load assistance (electric version) for the load task type unmanned aerial vehicle.
