WO WO2026164061A1
Provided is an organic light-emitting element having two light-emitting layers. The organic light-emitting device improves light-emitting characteristics and drive durability characteristics by having a first electrode, a first light-emitting layer, a second light-emitting layer, and a second electrode in this order. The first light-emitting layer has a first light-emitting material, and the second light-emitting layer has a second light-emitting material, and formulas [1] and [2] are satisfied. [1]: Pz(D1) ≤ 0.1, Pz(D2) ≤ 0.1 [2]: S1(D1) < S1(D2) Pz(D1): Pz value of the degree of orientation of the first light-emitting material in the first light-emitting layer Pz(D2): Pz value of the degree of orientation of the second light-emitting material in the second light-emitting layer S1(D1): Lowest excited singlet energy of the first light-emitting material S1(D2): Lowest excited singlet energy of the second light-emitting material
