[0001] The present invention discloses photostabre composite of indium gallium nitride and metal oxide preferably Zinc oxide for solar water splitting. Invention relates to simple, one step and reproducible process for preparation of photo stable composites of Indium Gallium Nitride in metal oxide, with enhanced absorption property.
