Pneumatic submersible pump speed automatic-regulating device based on water level detection and pneumatic control

Abstract

The utility model discloses a pneumatic submersible pump speed automatic-regulating device based on water level detection and pneumatic control. The pneumatic submersible pump speed automatic-regulating device comprises a water level detection device, a mechanical linkage switching valve which is opened or closed according to water level change is arranged in the water level detection device, the mechanical linkage switching valve is connected into a pneumatic control device, two air outlet loops are arranged in the pneumatic control device, a constant value reducing valve, a first throttle valve and the mechanical linkage switching valve are connected to one air outlet loop in sequence, the mechanical linkage switching valve is connected with a control air path of a pneumatic control reversing valve, the other air outlet loop is connected with an air inlet of a pneumatic turbine motor, an air outlet of the pneumatic turbine motor is connected with an air inlet of a main loop of the pneumatic control reversing valve, an air outlet of one path of the main loop of the pneumatic control reversing valve is directly connected with a silencer, and an air outlet of the other path of the main loop of the pneumatic control reversing valve is connected with a second throttle valve and then is connected into the silencer. According to the pneumatic submersible pump speed self-regulating device based on water level detection and pneumatic control, automatic speed regulation of a pneumatic submersible pump is achieved through a pneumatic system based on water level detection, and the problem of galloping caused by excessive high rotate speed of a submersible pump in the no-load state is effectively solved.
