[0000] A pouch battery cell and related battery device, energy storage device, and electric device are provided. The pouch battery cell includes a film shell and an electrode assembly. The film shell has a wall thickness of 0.2 mm or less and comprises two film parts connected in a first direction. Each film part defines an accommodating groove, and the grooves are arranged opposite to each other to form an accommodating cavity. The electrode assembly is disposed within the cavity. A dimension of the pouch battery cell in the first direction is defined as a first dimension, and a dimension of each film part in the first direction is a second dimension. The first dimension ranges from 5 mm to 70 mm, and a ratio of the second dimension to the first dimension is between 0.4 and 0.6.
