To provide a prosthesis part insert which makes optimal behaviours possible when standing up and walking and gives sufficient stability without sacrificing comfort during walking especially when walking.SOLUTION: A prosthesis part insert (10) includes: a. a proximal fitting device (20) for fixing a prosthesis part insert (10) to a proximal component (2) or a patient; b. a holder (30) which is arranged away from the fitting device (20) and is connected to the fitting device (20); and c. a main spring (40) which extends to a toe part area and is coupled to the holder (30). The holder (30) is supported by the main spring (40) tiltably on a sagittal plane, and a rear restriction element (92) restricting movement of the holder (30) in the direction away from the main spring (40) is disposed between the main spring (40) and the holder (30).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
