According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a control system of a drone device, which comprises: a drone device including a camera acquiring an image and a control module encoding the image and transmitting the encoded image through a communication network; and a control device receiving the encoded image through the communication network and transmitting a control command for controlling the operation of the drone device to the control module. The control module adjusts a bitrate of the encoded image based on a first communication state value of the drone device side and a second communication state value of the control device side.
