Abstract

Buluş, Türk mutfak kültürünün vaz geçilmez sıcak içeceği olan Türk kahvesinin hoş, enbetik, kokulu ve leziz bir doğal ürün olan reyhan bitkisi ile herhangi bir katkı veya aroma maddesi kullanılmadan çeşitli işlem aşamalarından geçirilerek, telveli kahve elde edilmesi ve tüketime hazır hale getirilmesi ile ilgilidir. Buluşta ayrıca tüketime hazır hale getirilen Reyhanlı Kahvenin hazırlama yöntemi ve tüketimi ile ilgili bilgi verilmektedir.
