본 발명에서는 시료 핸드쉐이크 자동화 장치 및 이를 포함하는 시료 전처리 시스템을 개시하며, 내부에 공간을 형성하고, 상방은 개방된 틀 형태의 쉐이크본체와, 상기 쉐이크본체의 내부를 따라 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 다수개의 시료용기를 수용하고 클램핑하는 쉐이크블록, 및 상기 쉐이크본체의 내부를 따라 상기 쉐이크블록을 수평 상태로 순환 회전시키는 구동수단을 포함하며, 상기 구동수단은 상기 쉐이크블록의 하단으로 일체 형성되는 블록힌지편에 힌지 결합되는 제1 구동편과, 상기 제1 구동편의 일단으로 힌지 결합되며, 상기 쉐이크본체에 설치되는 구동모터에 의하여 회전 구동되는 제2 구동편, 및 상기 제1 구동편의 타단으로 힌지 결합되고, 상기 쉐이크본체에 연결되어 상기 제1 구동편의 회전을 지지하는 제3 구동편을 포함하는 것이다.
