PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bis-sylylcarboxamide which does not produce large amounts of decomposited products even when reacted at high temperature and makes it possible to obtain a high producing efficiency. SOLUTION: An amide (2) or a tri-methyl-silil derivative thereof (3) is reacted with a siliylation reagent (4) and then a bis-siliylcarboxyamide produced (1) is fractionally distillated at reduced pressure and discharged in a method for producing the bis-siliylcarboxyamide semi-continuously through reaction equations (B) and (C) (R represents an alkyl, an alkenyl, or a substituted methyl substituted with fluorine, R1 represents a heterocyclic group having N).
