[0000] The present invention provides a system and a method for monitoring animal activities and notifying users in real-time. The system includes processors that are communicatively coupled to the cameras. The processors are to receive via a pre-trained AI model image frames associated with an environment from the cameras and detect a presence of animals in the image frames. Further, the processors are to classify the animals and generate a confidence score corresponding to each animal. Further, the processors are to determine that the confidence score corresponding to at least one animal exceeds a predefined threshold and transmit an alert signal to devices associated with the user in real time.
