The step type bicycle-bag comprises a box-bag, a folding pull rod, a slide block folding mechanism, a step-driving mechanism, a hub speed increaser, front wheels, a rear wheel and a sectioned brake device. The invention discloses the hub speed increaser which achieves two-side power input and middle-rim output through a set of high-speed-ratio speed reducer or increaser; and further the step type bicycle-bag which can be changed from a carry-on bag to a serviceable vehicle is obtained by utilizing the hub speed increaser.
