Abstract

A foot orthotic (2) having a body (4) adapted to support a foot of a user is disclosed. The foot orthotic (2) has a stiffness adjusting member (6) adapted to be mounted to the body to adjust the stiffness of the orthotic (2). Protrusions (8) on the body enable the stiffness adjusting member (6) to be mounted to the body (4).
