A smart logistics platform service providing system is provided. The smart logistics platform service providing system comprises: at least one manufacturer server for providing order data manufactured and delivered for a preset period; a user terminal for outputting order data according to demand prediction to be ordered by the at least one manufacturer server based on the order data of the at least one manufacturer server; and a platform service providing server including a collection unit for collecting order data for a preset period from the at least one manufacturer server, a generation unit for removing outliers of order data for a preset period and generating a prediction mart including a packing type, an order amount, an event, a day of the week, and a holiday, a modeling unit for learning, verifying, and testing to predict demand using a machine learning (ml) model, a regression model, and a moving average model when predicting demand for each packing type, and a demand prediction unit for setting a demand prediction model having the highest prediction rate as a result of the test and predicting order data to be ordered by the at least one manufacturer server in real time.
